Family life is rarely still — and that’s exactly what makes it beautiful.
My outdoor family sessions are relaxed, guided rather than posed and led by connection rather than instruction. My absolute favourite is golden hour, when the light is soft, flattering and magical. If this doesn’t suit your family life, we can work together to get the timing perfect. These sessions are about capturing your family as you are — the laughter, the closeness, and the moments in between.
I photograph families across South Armagh, Newry, Dundalk and Castleblayney, creating images that tell your family’s story in a natural, honest way.

Outdoor family sessions are designed to feel easy and enjoyable.
That is why I adore them for young families. There’s no pressure to stand still or “smile for the camera”. Instead, I’ll gently guide you into movement and interaction, allowing space for real moments to unfold.
Children are free to explore, parents are encouraged to relax, and the focus stays on connection.
Sessions take place in carefully chosen outdoor locations and are timed around the most flattering light and natural atmosphere.

STYLING & PREPARATION
The right styling makes a huge difference. Choosing two or three colours or tones throughout everyones outfits that coordinate rather than match will work beautifully outdoors and help keep the focus on your family rather than clothing. I’ll guide you ahead of your session so you feel confident and prepared, without overthinking it.
Comfort is key — especially for children — and sessions are planned to suit their energy levels.
